The earth is covered with over 3 trillion trees, with the total forest cover being over 4 billion hectares, around 31% of the total land area. Trees play a key role in the environment, may it be by producing life-enchanted oxygen, absorbing carbon dioxide from the air, giving shelter to small creatures and providing food to them.
